This policy supplements the GBK website terms and conditions found at Terms of service. Please read the documents carefully.

Order Processing

We will process your order as soon as possible, typically within 2-3 business days after receiving your confirmation. You'll receive notification once your order ships.

Unforeseen delays may occur, but we'll work to deliver your GBK products as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We'll ship your order using the method you select at checkout. Title and risk of loss for your order pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Address

Double-check your delivery address to ensure it's accurate and complete. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by you. If re-delivery is necessary due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are also not liable for damages or losses caused by mishandling by the delivery service.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on factors like package size, product type, your location, and more. The exact charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Free Shipping

Any free shipping offers will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates or times, as these depend on the courier partner and your location. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after receipt of your order and payment, but this may vary depending on your delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

Deliveries will be made by GBK staff or a third-party courier/logistics company or postal service, usually between 9 am and 7 pm. Someone will need to sign for the delivery. We cannot assume responsibility for packages signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order. Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement.

Damaged Products

We are not responsible for damage to products that occurs after delivery.

Reporting Issues

Any claims for shortages or damaged items must be reported to GBK customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on our website. Please note any missing items and sign the delivery receipt accordingly, returning it to the delivery person. If your order shows as "Delivered" on the tracker but you haven't received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate.


Order Status

You'll receive a notification by email [and/or WhatsApp] with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to check the delivery status.

Contact Us

If you haven't received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@gbkbags.com with your name and order number. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our discretion, even if confirmed and payment has been received. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

You may cancel your order before it ships.
