Please note that personalised or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are custom-made.

Conditions for Returns: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery only if the item is in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. 

Refund Process:Refunds typically take 5-7 working days, depending on your payment method and your bank's policies. If it's delayed, email us at contact@gbkbags.com, and we'll do our best to expedite the process.

Remember, we require the original packaging and invoice copy for returns. Lastly, please note that gift cards are non-returnable once purchased. We reserve the right to amend in this Shipping, Return and Refund Policy, at any time, without any restrictions.
