Warranty – Terms & Conditions

GBK warrants the travel gear ("Product") to the first purchaser or gift recipient for the period specified in the authorized Warranty Card, starting from the date of purchase.



If a manufacturing defect arises with your Product within the warranty period, GBK will, at its discretion, repair or replace it according to these terms and conditions. Normal wear and tear such as abrasions, cuts, scratches, dents, or dirt is not covered under warranty. Certain parts like wheels, zippers, trolleys, and fabric will naturally wear down and may eventually need replacement. This wear and tear is not covered under warranty. The warranty applies only to Products used normally and for their intended purpose.



We provide a staggered limited warranty on all products purchased from our website, specific to each product. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component, excluding normal wear and tear.


Please note that this warranty is limited. It does not cover:

  • Defects reported after the warranty period has ended.

  • Damage caused by misuse (like transporting unusual items, overloading, accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, missing parts or accessories, extreme heat/cold, solvents, acids, rain/water).

  • Cosmetic imperfections on locks, frames, channels, and other metallic surfaces (powder coating, gold plating, wood finish).

  • Replacement/repair of briefcase folios and suitcase divider flaps.

  • Damage such as ripped zippers, cracks, dents, scratches on any parts, torn lining, or other fabric damage.

  • Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., damage to other items, loss of use, lost time, or similar expenses).

  • Damage to leather trim.

  • Labor charges and damages caused by repairs done by anyone other than GBK.

  • Damage caused by mishandling or abuse during transportation.


This warranty is valid worldwide. However, the customer is responsible for all costs and efforts associated with getting the defective Product to GBK, including but not limited to packaging, shipping, and applicable taxes.

GBK will replace or repair the defective Product (as deemed defective under these warranty terms and conditions) within a reasonable timeframe, at its own discretion. GBK reserves the right to determine the nature of the defect, whether it is covered under warranty, and the applicability of the warranty in general.


For product replacements, manufacturing specifications are subject to change without prior notice. If a replacement is needed for a discontinued or unavailable product, or if spare parts for a specific model are unavailable for repair, GBK will, at its discretion, offer a comparable or equivalent product at a special price.


Any disputes arising from the applicability or use of this warranty card will be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Surat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
